U20 League Round 4 of Regular Season

There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in U20 League. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

First defeat of league's leader Rogaska (3-1) against top-ranked Zlatorog (4-0) 93-79 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Rogaska. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Zlatorog have a solid four-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader which they share with defeated Rogaska. Rogaska at the other side still keeps top place with one game lost. They were joined at the leadership position by Zlatorog who have the same record. Rogaska will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest and make it back to the top of the standings. Zlatorog will try to continue on its current victory against second ranked Rogaska on the road.
The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Zlatorog as it allowed them to take a leadership position after previous leader's (Rogaska) loss. Zlatorog defeated 4th ranked Jezica in Lasko 93-76. Zlatorog have a solid four-game winning streak. As mentioned above they took over a top position. Jezica at the other side still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with Triglav. Jezica will play next round against strong Krka trying to get back on the winning streak. Zlatorog will try to continue on its current victory against second ranked Rogaska on the road.
Undefeated Cedevita Ol. (3-1) recorded its first loss in Ljubljana on Sunday night. Hosts were rolled over by fourth ranked Jance (1-3) 99-77. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Cedevita Ol.. Jance left bottom position moving up to third place, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Cedevita Ol. still keeps top position with one game lost. They share it with 4 other teams. Jance will meet at home league's second-placed Gorica in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Cedevita Ol. will play against Koper and hope to secure a win.

Other games in round 4 were not that significant. Rogaska beat Krka on the road 97-82. Branik lost to Slovan on its own court 88-89. Helios Suns outscored Hopsi Polzela in Domzale 90-60. Winless Triglav recorded a loss to Ilirija at home 62-64. Gorica crushed Koper on the opponent's court 107-48. Jezica lost to Zlatorog in a home game 60-112. Slovan lost to Hopsi Polzela on the road 72-75.



Krka - Rogaska 82-97:
No shocking result in a game when first ranked Rogaska (3-1) beat 3rd ranked Krka (1-3) in Novo Mesto 97-82 on Friday. Rogaska have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 3-1 record, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser Krka keeps the third place with three games lost. They share the position with 3 other teams.
