Ilrija signs Jana Guska, ex Orlovi

Akson Ilirija Basketball (SKL) signed 18-year-old Bosnian power forward Jana Guska (193cm-2005) for the upcoming 2024-25 season. She played last season at Orlovi in Bosnia and Herzegovina Division I. In 23 games, she had 5.7ppg, 3.8rpg, and 1.0apg, helping them win the League title. Guska also played 15 games in WABA, recording 3.0ppg and 3.1rpg, contributing to her team reaching the semifinals. For the previous three seasons (2020-23), she played at another Bosnia and Herzegovina team, Mladi Krajisnik.
Guska represented Bosnia at the FIBA U18 Women's European Championship Division B in Sofia (Bulgaria) last year. Guska's team got to the Semifinals and she averaged 11 ppg.
