Kane's 20 points and 9 rebounds give her Player of the Week award

26-year old Senegalese forward Ndioma Kane (190-F-1999) had a very impressive game in the last round for league's best team ZKK Cinkarna Celje and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 10.
She had the game-high 20 points adding nine rebounds and two assists for Celje in her team's victory, helping them to beat Triglav (#3, 5-5) 61-50. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. It allowed Celje to consolidate first place in the Slovenian SKL. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. It's already very far into the season and Celje keeps a perfect 11-0 record. Kane turned to be Celje's top player in her first season with the team. Kane has impressive league stats. She is in league's top in points (6th best: 14.0ppg), rebounds (6th best: 6.0rpg) and averages solid 2.3bpg and 59.2% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Ziva Misjak (177-SG-2005, agency: LBM Management) of league's second-best Akson Ilirija Basketball. She is a guard in her 4th season at Ilrija. In the last game Misjak recorded an impressive 22 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Bad luck as Ilrija was edged by the lower-ranked Skofja Loka (#5, 3-8) 73-72. Ilrija managed to keep the same second spot in the standings. Her team's 6-3 record is not bad at all. Misjak is one of the most experienced players at Ilrija and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.2ppg (#1). Her other stats are also decent: 4.2rpg and 4.2apg.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Aneja Stojko (167-G-2003) of AJM Maribor (#4). Stojko showcased her all-around game by recording 18 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists in the last round. She was a key player of Maribor, leading her team to a 71-52 easy win against slightly lower-ranked Jezica (#6, 1-10). Maribor needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 5 victories and 5 lost games. Stojko has a great season in Slovenia. After only 8 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 3.1apg (6th best). She also has 3.3spg and a FGP of 53.8%.
