The teams have now bigger motivation at this stage of Regular Season. Every game can be crucial and decide about teams' position at the end of Regular Season. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The game between Top Four teams took place in Kranj. 4th placed host Sencur Gor. (8-7) was smashed by second ranked Ilirija (11-4) 104-84. Ilirija made 19-of-21 free shots (90.5 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Sencur Gor. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for American point guard Wendell Green Jr (180-2002, college: Auburn) who led his team to a victory scoring 18 points and 8 assists. The former international forward Robert Jurkovic (206-2002) helped adding 16 points and 9 rebounds. The best for the losing side was power forward Domen Petrovic (204-2004) with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ilirija have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain second place with 11-4 record having just three points less than leader Krka. Sencur Gor. lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with seven games lost. Ilirija are looking forward to face Sentjur (#7) at home in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Sencur Gor. will play against Zlatorog in Lasko and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Zlatorog at the other side keeps the fifth position with seven games lost. Terme Olimia will play against higher ranked Triglav (#6) in Kranj in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Zlatorog will play at home against Sencur Gor. and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Liga OTP banka top team - Krka (14-1) had no problems winning another game on Tuesday. This time they crushed ninth ranked Rogaska (4-11) in Novo Mesto 98-74. The best player for the winners was Oman Urban who scored 22 points (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!). Krka's coach Dejan Jakara felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was Nick Cevizovic who recorded 20 points. Krka have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 14-1 record. Loser Rogaska keeps the ninth position with 11 games lost. Krka will meet at home Hopsi Polzela (#8) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Rogaska will play against Helios Suns in Domzale and hope to secure a win.

In the last two games of round 15 Triglav lost to Hopsi Polzela on the opponent's court 66-81. Sentjur unfortunately lost to Helios Suns in a home game 87-91.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 23 points and 6 assists by Jon Dolnicar of Helios Suns.



Terme Olimia - Zlatorog 101-95

Bottom-ranked Terme Olimia managed to get a third victory, breaking the series of four consecutive losses. This time they won against fifth-ranked Zlatorog in Podcetrtek 101-95. Terme Olimia shot 63.3 percent from the field. Terme Olimia outrebounded Zlatorog 32-18 including a 25-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. Terme Olimia players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Zlatorog was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Dionte Bostick (188-2001, college: NM State) who led the winners and scored 24 points and 7 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Forward Luka Tekavcic (211-2002, college: Coppin St., agency: PEPI SPORT) accounted for 21 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Zlatorog's coach Domen Drobne rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Terme Olimia maintains tenth place with 3-11 record. Zlatorog at the other side keeps the fifth position with seven games lost. Terme Olimia will play against higher ranked Triglav (#6) in Kranj in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. There was a minor upset when 6th ranked Triglav (7-8) was defeated on the road by eighth ranked Hopsi Polzela (5-10) 81-66 on Saturday. Hopsi Polzela made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was the former international power forward Dino Muric (201-1990) who scored 22 points and 6 rebounds. Center Ziga Fifolt (210-1993) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. Four Hopsi Polzela players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was naturalized Belgian forward David Kralj (202-1999, college: Coastal, agency: Players Group) who recorded 24 points and 6 assists and center Miha Muratovic (204-2002) added 9 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Triglav's coach tested eleven players and allowed the starting five to rest. Newly promoted Hopsi Polzela maintains eighth place with 5-10 record. Loser Triglav keeps the sixth position with eight games lost. Hopsi Polzela will meet league's leader Krka in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Triglav will play against Terme Olimia (#10) and hope to secure a win.
