Ocvirk's 20 points and 7 rebounds give her Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

17-year old swingman Nika Ocvirk (176-F/G-2008) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for league's best team ZKK Cinkarna Celje and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 13.
She had the game-high 20 points adding seven rebounds and five assists for Celje in her team's victory, helping them to crush Jezica (#6, 1-13) with 18-point margin 93-75. It allowed Celje to consolidate first place in the Slovenian SKL. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. It's already very far into the season and Celje keeps a perfect 13-0 record. Ocvirk has many years of experience at Celje, through which she has constantly improved. Nika Ocvirk averages this season 7.1ppg.

Second best performed player last round was Lejla Pamic (180-G-1999) of Domel Skofja Loka. She is a guard in her second season at Skofja Loka. In the last game Pamic recorded an impressive double-double of 12 points and 19 rebounds. Bad luck as Skofja Loka lost that game 65-70 to slightly higher-ranked Triglav (#3, 7-5). Skofja Loka managed to keep the same 5th spot in the standings. 10 lost games are too many comparing to just three victories Skofja Loka managed to get this year. Pamic is well-known at Skofja Loka and she already established her position as one of the team's leaders.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Anja Dragar (180-PG-2003) of Triglav Vadoli Kranj (#3). Dragar scored 23 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. She was a key player of Triglav, leading her team to a 70-65 win against slightly lower-ranked Skofja Loka (#5, 3-10). Triglav needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 7 victories and 5 lost games. Dragar has a great season in Slovenia. After 11 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 12.3ppg (7th best).
