Kiefer's double-double lands her Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

24-year old German forward Lisa Kiefer (188-F-2002) had a very impressive game in the last round for ADBA Sanfer and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 5.
She had a double-double of 15 points and 22 rebounds, while her team outclassed Dist.Olimpico (#9, 2-3) with 29-point margin 83-54. Sanfer is placed at 3rd position in Spanish league. They are still close to the very top. Sanfer would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 4-1 record. Kiefer turned to be Sanfer's top player in her first season with the team. Westmont College, CA graduate has very impressive stats this year. Kiefer leads league in rebounds with 15.6rpg. Kiefer is in league's top in and averages solid 1.2bpg and 3.4spg.

Second best performed player last round was Trinity Ezeanatogu (180-F-2009) of Spar Gran Canaria. She is a forward in her first season at Gran Canaria 2. In the last game Ezeanatogu recorded an impressive double-double of 22 points and 14 rebounds. Of course Gran Canaria cruised to a 83-73 relatively comfortable win over the higher-ranked Mostoles (#5, 3-2). Gran Canaria's 10th position in group A has not changed. Her team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 2-3 record. Ezeanatogu is a newcomer at Gran Canaria and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.0ppg (#4). Her other stats are also decent: 10.0rpg and 7.5apg.

Third place about best performers goes to another Sanfer's star - Emilie Larsen. Larsen scored 24 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. She was another key player of ADBA Sanfer, helping her team with a 83-54 easy win against the lower-ranked Dist.Olimpico (#9, 2-3). Sanfer is closer and closer to top of the standings in group A. They will still need more victories. But 4-1 record is not that bad... Larsen has a great season in Spain. After only 5 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.2ppg (2nd best).
