The game without a history. K.Sokoly led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 17-of-22 charity shots (77.3 percent) during the game. K.Sokoly players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Illia Shavharov (181-2000) who helped to win the game recording 11 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists. Forward Vadim Zaplotinskiy (200-1997, agency: BIG) contributed with 14 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. The standout guard Dmitry Martynov earned the Player of the Year of the championship-winning Kharkivski Sokoly. He received multiple other awards, earned a spot in the First Team and Defensive Team. With Martynov's excellent performance, the Kharkivski Sokoly achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 19 to 3 in the regular season. Martynov's excellent performance assisted his team in beating the MBC Niko 2 96 to 69 in the final. He was the Player of the Week honoree three times during the 24 25 campaign. Martynov conducted his way to the second position in averaging a commendable over 19 points per game. He also averaged over 4 rebounds per game in the league. Martynov has totalled 9 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 3 games. His 35 points against the MBC Niko 2 were the most he scored in the 24 25 season.
