British WNBL D1 round 12 best performance: Adaora Dioramma

Adaora Dioramma (2006) put on an amazing game in the last round for top-ranked CoLA Southwark Pride London, receiving a Hoops Agents WNBL D1 Player of the Week award for round 12.
The 19-year old player had a double-double of 32 points and 16 rebounds, while her team crushed Worcester W (#6, 4-4) with 22-point margin 78-56. It allowed CoLA to take over top position in the British WNBL D1. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. CoLA has a very solid 8-3 record, but they cannot be too comfortable about keeping top position. Dioramma has many years of experience at CoLA, through which she has constantly improved. Adaora Dioramma has solid league stats. She is in league's top in rebounds (2nd best: 12.7rpg).

The second best player in last round's games was young Success Odemwingie (G-2007) of league's second-best Manchester Mystics. Odemwingie had a very good evening with a double-double of 15 points and 14 rebounds. Of course she led Manchester to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Bristol AF (#9, 3-7) 73-50. This victory allowed Manchester to move up to second position in the standings. Her team's 7-2 record is not bad at all. Odemwingie is one of the most experienced players at Manchester and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was Louisa Gibbons of Loughborough Riders (#10). Gibbons scored 15 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. She was a key player of Loughborough, leading her team to a 70-59 win against the higher-ranked Brent Bulls (#7, 3-4). Loughborough can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 2-6 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Gibbons has a very solid season. In 3 games in United Kingdom she scored 15.0ppg.
