Ceh's 22 points and 7 assists give her Player of the Week award

23-year old Slovenian point guard Blaza Ceh (181-PG-2003) had a great game in the last round for league's best team ZKK Zagreb and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
She had the game-high 22 points adding six rebounds and seven assists for Zagreb in her team's victory, helping them to beat Sibenik (#5, 2-1) 75-61. It allowed Zagreb to take over top position in the WABA League. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. Zagreb has a very solid 3-1 record, but they cannot be too comfortable about keeping top position. Ceh turned to be Zagreb's top player in her first season with the team. Ceh has impressive league stats. She is in league's top in points (7th best: 17.8ppg), assists (3rd best: 6.3apg) and averages solid 2.5spg and 50.0% from behind 3-point line.

Second best performed player last round was Ivana Ujevic (176-G-2000) of ZKK Sibenik. She is a guard in her 2nd season at Sibenik. In the last game Ujevic recorded an impressive 19 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Bad luck as Sibenik lost that game 61-75 to the higher-ranked Zagreb (#1, 3-1). This loss caused Sibenik to drop to 5th position in the standings. Her team lost some distance to top teams. But a 2-1 record is not bad and everything may still change. Ujevic is well-known at Sibenik and she already established her position as one of the team's leaders.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Chantae Embry (185-F-2002) of ZKK Buducnost Bemax Podgorica (#6). Embry scored 22 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. She was a key player of Buducnost, leading her team to a 67-61 win against Rilski Sportist (#11, 0-5). Buducnost needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 1 victory and 1 lost game. Embry has a great season in WABA League. After only 2 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.0ppg (6th best) and rebounds with 12.0rpg (#1 in league).
