There was no surprise in Durres where 11th rankedPogradeci (2-12) was defeated by ninth ranked Fieri (4-10) 102-92 . Fieri dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Pogradeci 's 46. Fieri players were unselfish on offense dishing 32 assists. American-Nigerian guard Brandon Anyanwu (193-1997, college: Bluefield St., agency: Interperformances) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. American guard Michael Green (190, college: MVSU) contributed with 33 points (!!!) and 6 assists for the winners. Anyanwu is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Fieri players scored in double figures. American forward Christain Taylor (195-2001, college: FMU) replied with a double-double by scoring 31 points, 9 rebounds and 11 assists and French Kevin Granzan added 26 points and 5 assists in the effort for Pogradeci. Fieri moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Elbasani. Pogradeci at the other side, also newcomer in the league, dropped to the tenth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Partizani.
