Regular Season Round 4: Rakvere - Liepaja 70-49

Very predictable result when first ranked Estonian Rakvere (8-1) smashed bottom-ranked Latvian Liepaja (2-8) 70-49 on Sunday. Rakvere forced 21 Liepaja turnovers. Ruben Madisson fired 33 points (!!!) (on 14-of-18 shooting from the field) for the winners. Marcus Vainumae chipped in 13 points and 5 rebounds. Rakvere's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Roberts Lagzdins produced 16 points and 8 rebounds and Eduards Kinens added 13 points respectively for lost side. Rakvere have an impressive eight-game winning streak. Despite that victory Rakvere went down to seventh position due to points difference. Loser Liepaja dropped to the bottom place with eight games lost.
