Very predictable result in Mogilev where first rankedBorisfen (9-1) defeated 6th ranked Brest (1-9) 81-69 on Saturday. Borisfen looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Uladzislau Shvakel fired 19 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. The former international guard Vladislav Mikulski (193-1998) chipped in 12 points and 5 assists. Nikita Myts produced 17 points and 6 assists and added 15 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Borisfen maintains first position with 9-1 record. Loser Brest dropped to the fifth place with nine games lost. They share the position with RGUOR. Borisfen will meet Rubon (#4) in the next round.
