Rilski players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. Power forward Alexander Yanev (203-1990) stepped up and scored 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and the former international swingman Miroslav Vasov (199-1998) chipped in 17 points. At the losing side Milen Zahariev (191-1992) responded with 11 points and 8 rebounds and swingman Aleksandar Matushev (197-2000) scored 14 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
