Very significant was Czech SBS Ostrava's (#6)82-72 road victory against Polish Polonia W-wa . It was an exceptional evening for American guard Oliana Squires (175-1998, college: Montana St.) who led the winners and scored 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Her fellow American import guard Aleah Nelson (168-2001, college: Temple) accounted for 19 points and 4 assists for the winning side. Czech center Tereza Vitulova (188-1999, college: S.Florida) came up with 20 points and American Erika Davenport (182-1997, college: Marquette) added 11 points and 12 rebounds respectively for Polonia W-wa in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Polonia W-wa's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
