Everything could happen in Zagreb at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth rankedZabok and 9th ranked Dubrava had identical 1-2 record. But Dubrava was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Zabok 86-78 on Friday night. Zabok looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The former international Karlo Uljarevic (190-1998, agency: AltusBasket) fired 17 points and 7 assists for the winners. Serbian power forward Sreten Knezevic (206-1994) chipped in 13 points and 7 rebounds. Four Zabok players scored in double figures. Zabok's coach Ivan Tomas used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. American guard John-Michael Wright (185-2001, college: OK State) produced 24 points and Filip Vujicic (195-2000, agency: PEPI SPORT) added 11 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Zabok (2-2) moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Dubrovnik and Cedevita Jr. Dubrava at the other side keeps the ninth position with three games lost. They share it with Kvarner and Samobor.
