Very important is a home loss of third rankedJazine (3-2) against twelfth ranked Omis (2-3) on Saturday night. Host Jazine was defeated by Omis in Zadar 91-74 . Omis made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Omis outrebounded Jazine 44-27 including a 33-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. American guard Victor Nwagbaraocha (190-1999, college: UMSL, agency: Starting 5) nailed a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds for the winning side and the former international swingman Josip Sobin (195-1989, agency: Alti Sport) accounted for 18 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Omis players scored in double figures. Bruno Rebic (192-1999, agency: Octagon Europe) came up with 21 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and Gvido Gustin (200-2001) added 9 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Jazine in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Omis moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Puntamika and Amphora.
