Very important is a road loss of third rankedMladost ZG (5-2) against eleventh ranked Omis (3-4) on Saturday night. Visiting Mladost ZG was defeated by Omis in a tough game in Galeb 76-80 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Mladost ZG. Omis made 19-of-22 charity shots (86.4 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for American guard Victor Nwagbaraocha (190-1999, college: UMSL, agency: Starting 5) who led his team to a victory scoring 29 points and 8 rebounds. The former international swingman Josip Sobin (195-1989, agency: Alti Sport) helped adding 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. At the losing side Luka Mrsic (194-2002, agency: AltusBasket) responded with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists and Filip Majdak (206-2007) scored 11 points and 6 rebounds. Four Mladost ZG players scored in double figures. Omis moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Jazine. Mladost ZG at the other side keeps the third position with two games lost. They share it with Gorica.
