Rather expected game when 9th rankedZadar Plus (3-9) were rolled over at home by sixth ranked Pozega (7-5) 100-56 on Saturday. Pozega dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Zadar Plus ' 32. Pozega forced 25 Zadar Plus turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Zadar Plus ' players. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Macie James (180-2003, college: UNLV) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds and the former international forward Lea Miletic (184-1995) who added 16 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks during the contest. Four Pozega players scored in double figures. Pozega's coach felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was American center Brooke Flowers (195-2000, college: St.Louis) with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds and her fellow American import guard Jalia Arnwine (183-1999) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Pozega maintains sixth position with 7-5 record. Zadar Plus lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with nine games lost. They share the position with KAZL Split.
