An interesting game forKastela (15-4) which played road game in Galeb against 4th placed Omis (13-6). Third ranked Kastela had an easy win 87-60 . It ended at the same time the ten-game winning streak of Omis. Kastela looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Ivan Svalina (198-1997) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 8 assists. Forward Ivo Zukanovic (202-2002) contributed with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Guard Roko Gizdavcic (187-2001, agency: AltusBasket) answered with 27 points and 5 rebounds and American guard Victor Nwagbaraocha (190-1999, college: UMSL, agency: Starting 5) added 14 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Omis. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Kastela have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain third place with 15-4 record behind leader Skrljevo. Omis at the other side keep the fourth position with six games lost.
