Premijer Liga top team -Zadar (24-3) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat ninth ranked Alkar (10-17) in Sinj 69-58 . It was a quality performance for North Macedonian swingman Adem Mekic (197-1995, agency: 011 Sports) who led the winners and scored 8 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Forward Krsevan Klarica (196-2003) accounted for 18 points for the winning side. The former international Pavle Marcinkovic (197-1989, agency: BIG) came up with 10 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Luka Cvitanovic (192-2000) added 13 points respectively for Alkar in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Defending champion maintains first place with 24-3 record. Alkar lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with 17 games lost. They share it with Kvarner.
