The biggest surprise of round 21 was guestSibenik 's (#2) easy road victory over Zagreb (#3) 78-62 on Sunday evening. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Zagreb. Sibenik made 22-of-26 free shots (84.6 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American guard Bendu Yeaney (178-1998, college: Oregon St.) who scored 28 points and 6 rebounds. Her fellow American import forward Kyierah Dempsey-Toney (188-2003, college: UIC) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 14 rebounds. Four Sibenik players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international forward Lea Hajdin (183-1998) who recorded 21 points and 8 rebounds and Lithuanian power forward Laura Zelnyte (193-1994) added 13 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Sibenik maintains second place with 17-4 record having just three points less than leader Brod na Savi. Zagreb at the other side keeps the third position with five games lost. They share it with Tresnjevka.
