Rather expected game when 6th rankedRijeka (12-10) was smashed by fourth ranked Tresnjevka (17-5) in Zagreb 85-62 on Sunday. Tresnjevka looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Portuguese guard Rita Oliveira (165-2000) notched 19 points and 8 assists to lead the effort and Bosnian power forward Katarina Mihalj (182-2007) supported her with 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Tresnjevka players scored in double figures. Even 13 points and 9 rebounds by Serbian power forward Marijana Zukanovic (189-1999, agency: Olsta) did not help to save the game for Rijeka . Anja Konjevic (186-1994) added 13 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Rijeka's coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Tresnjevka moved-up to second place, which they share with Sibenik and Zagreb. Loser Rijeka keeps the sixth position with ten games lost.
