Regular Season Round 4: Aabyhoj - SISU 60-73
Date: October 24, 2015
Bottom-ranked Aabyhoj is still unable to win any game. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their third consecutive match to third ranked SISU (3-1) 73-60. The game was mostly controlled by SISU. Aabyhoj was better in third quarter 18-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. SISU forced 20 Aabyhoj turnovers. Aabyhoj was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Olivia Applewhite (183-91, college: Dayton) who helped to win the game recording 33 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds and the other American import guard Brooke Lemar (168-91, college: N.Dakota St.) who added 21 points and 4 assists during the contest. At the losing side swingman Enna Pehadzic (178-97) responded with 24 points and 7 rebounds and swingman Stephanie Mannemar Jensen (180-90) scored 9 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Aabyhoj's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. SISU keeps a position of league leader. Aabyhoj at the other side still closes the standings with three games lost. SISU will play against Stevnsgade (#3) at home in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Aabyhoj will play against the league's second-placed Horsholm (#2) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
