Very expected game when 11th rankedAmager (2-23) lost on the road to seventh ranked Copenhagen (14-11) 88-83 on Tuesday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. It was an exceptional evening for Spanish guard Andrew Ramirez (181-1997, college: Hartford) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. American power forward Durell Vinson (199-1985, college: Wagner) accounted for 13 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side. Five Copenhagen players scored in double figures. American forward Andrew Sims (198, college: Stonehill) came up with 28 points and 7 rebounds and the former international forward Tomas Bjarkason (204-1999, college: Lewis) added 19 points and 11 rebounds respectively for Amager in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Copenhagen moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Randers. Loser Amager stay dead last with 23 lost games.
