Naestved outrebounded Svendborg 48-34 including a 38-27 advantage in defensive rebounds. American guard Rollie Worster (193-2000, college: Nebraska) notched a double-double by scoring 11 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the effort and the other American import forward Victor Searls (206, college: Ohio, agency: Elevate Sports Alliance) supported him with 9 points and 13 rebounds. Even a double-double of 10 points and 13 rebounds by American forward Daniel Saylor (211, college: UAH) did not help to save the game for Svendborg . American-South Sudanese guard Akuel Kot (188-2001, college: Wyoming) added 17 points for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
