An interesting game forPaide VW (9-2) which played road game in Haijala against 4th placed Haljala (6-5). Second ranked Paide VW managed to get a 6-point victory 96-90 . Paide VW players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by Haljala 's players. It was a great evening for Janar Aniste who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 assists. Indrek Kajupank helped adding 19 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Taevon Lewis responded with 23 points and 9 rebounds and the former international Rain Veideman (192-1991) scored 13 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Paide VW have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain second place with 9-2 record behind leader Rapla. Haljala at the other side keeps the fourth position with five games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
