Regular Season Round 13: Ulikool/Estiko - Rapla 73-88

1 Liiga top team -Rapla (12-1) managed to deliver another win on Thursday. This time they beat sixth ranked Ulikool/Estiko (7-6) in Tartu 88-73 . Rapla looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Ulikool/Estiko helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of Jan-Marten Ratas who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Tom Kaldre contributed with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 assists for the winners. Four Rapla players scored in double figures. Vladyslav Sinnik answered with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds and Romel Savi added 9 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Ulikool/Estiko. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Rapla have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain first place with 12-1 record. Ulikool/Estiko at the other side dropped to the fifth position with six games lost. They share it with Eesti M. and Haljala.
