Rather expected game when 11th rankedKTP-Basket (3-11) lost to ninth ranked Kouvot (6-8) in Kouvola 87-98 on Sunday. Kouvot made 25-of-27 free shots (92.6 percent) during the game. American players dominated the game. It was an exceptional evening for point guard Blake Francis (183-1998, college: Richmond) who led the winners and scored 36 points (!!!) and 5 assists (went 13 for 13 at the free throw line !!!). Guard Hakim Hart (203-2001, college: Villanova, agency: Octagon Europe) accounted for 26 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. Point guard Tavon King (180-1997, college: Cumberland) came up with 21 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Roydell Brown (198-1998, college: McNeese St.) added 20 points and 9 rebounds respectively for KTP-Basket in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. KTP-Basket's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Kouvot maintains ninth place with 6-8 record. KTP-Basket lost their third game in a row. They keep the eleventh position with 11 games lost.
