Very expected game in Kotka where 11th rankedKTP-Basket (4-15) was defeated by sixth ranked Pyrinto (11-8) 90-85 on Friday. Pyrinto dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to KTP-Basket 's 32. Strangely KTP-Basket outrebounded Pyrinto 31-19 including 20 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of Canadian-Croatian guard Luka Sakota (198-2001, college: Northeastern) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and American forward Jordan Giles (200-1998, college: UMKC, agency: One Motive Sports) who added 18 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) during the contest. American point guard Tavon King (180-1997, college: Cumberland) responded with 19 points and his fellow American import guard Alijah Comithier (201-2001, college: Emporia St.) scored 17 points and 7 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Pyrinto moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Korihait. Loser KTP-Basket keeps the eleventh position with 15 games lost.
