Rather predictable result when fourth rankedPyrinto (12-8) won against 8th ranked Kouvot (8-12) in Tampere 90-83 on Thursday. American forward Jordan Giles (200-1998, college: UMKC, agency: One Motive Sports) nailed 15 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side and Canadian-Croatian guard Luka Sakota (198-2001, college: Northeastern) accounted for 24 points. Center Topias Jokela (204-2004) came up with 16 points and 9 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) and American point guard Blake Francis (183-1998, college: Richmond) added 22 points respectively for Kouvot in the defeat. Four Kouvot players scored in double figures. Pyrinto maintains fourth place with 12-8 record. Loser Kouvot keeps the eighth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Nokia and Honka.
