There was a minor upset in Loimaa where 4th placedBisons (13-13) was defeated by sixth ranked Korihait (14-13) 93-85 on Wednesday. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was swingman Jalen Jackson (198-1994, college: UALR, agency: Diamond Sports) who scored 16 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 blocks (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Guard Wesley Person Jr (190-1995, college: Troy) chipped in 18 points and 6 rebounds. Korihait's coach Ivan Ivanovic used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Power forward Jeremiah Wood (201-1985) produced 23 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) and forward Victor Iwuakor (200-1999, college: Southern Miss) added 21 points respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Korihait moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Pyrinto. Bisons lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the sixth position with 13 games lost.
