Very expected game in Tampere where 12th rankedKobrat (3-25) was defeated by seventh ranked Pyrinto (15-13) 85-79 on Saturday. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Pyrinto looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. New Zealand swingman Ethan Rusbatch (196-1992, college: Lincoln Trail) scored 16 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Valtteri Mervola (185-2002, agency: Blacktop Management) chipped in 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Pyrinto's coach used an eleven-player rotation saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was American guard Samari Curtis (193-1999, college: BGSU) with 19 points and 6 rebounds and his fellow American import power forward Courtney Alexander (203-1997, college: Tenn Tech) scored 15 points and 9 rebounds. Five Pyrinto and four Kobrat players scored in double figures. Pyrinto maintains seventh position with 15-13 record. Kobrat lost sixth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 25 lost games.
