Kipina used a home court advantage and edged the opponent from Karkkila 86-83 on Sunday night. Kipina made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. American players dominated the game. point guard Jake Hilmer (180-2000, college: Upper Iowa) nailed 27 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists for the winning side and guard Joe Cookson (198, college: Pomona-Pitzer) accounted for 21 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists.
