Not a big story in a game in Salo where 8th rankedPyrinto (9-13) was rolled over by third ranked Vilpas (15-7) 119-66 on Saturday. Vilpas dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Pyrinto 's 40. They outrebounded Pyrinto 45-23 including a 20-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. Vilpas looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. Vilpas' coach Jussi Savolainen felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Kaleb Warner (201-1995, college: WOU, agency: Starting 5) produced 20 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Valtteri Mervola (185-2002, agency: Blacktop Management) added 13 points and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Vilpas maintains third position with 15-7 record having just two points less than leader Karhubasket. Pyrinto lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 13 games lost. They share the position with Bisons and Lahti.
