We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Lapua where 11th rankedKouvot (6-16) was defeated by bottom-ranked Kobrat (4-18) 94-90 on Saturday. Kobrat made 23-of-29 free shots (79.3 percent) during the game. Kobrat had a 34-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. American point guard Jaquan Carlos (183-2002, college: Syracuse) fired 36 points (!!!) and 9 assists for the winners. The other American import center Efton Reid III (213-2002, college: Wake Forest) chipped in 9 points and 16 rebounds. Kobrat's coach Ville Turja used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American guard Brandon Stroud (198-2002, college: S.Florida) produced 21 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists and Norwegian swingman Tobias Rotegard (201-2000, college: LBSU) added 25 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side.
