Regular Season Round 18: Metz - Berck 93-81

There was no surprise when 13th ranked Berck (5-13) was defeated on the road by tenth ranked Metz (8-9) 93-81 on Tuesday. Metz looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Cameroonian forward Kevin Mbaitoubam (194-2000) scored 19 points and 4 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and center Vincent Pourchot (222-1992) chipped in 12 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was point guard Louis Weber (186-1998) with 22 points and power forward Guillaume Valayer (201-1996) scored 10 points and 7 rebounds. Four Berck players scored in double figures. Metz have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to eighth place. Loser Berck keeps the thirteenth position with 13 games lost.
