Regular Season Round 17: PVBC - Nice 71-64

Rather predictable result in Voiron where fourth ranked PVBC (12-5) defeated 7th ranked Nice (7-10) 71-64 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was forward Fabienne Constant (188-1986) who had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 21 rebounds. Leck-Olivia Yale (178-2001) chipped in 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Fatoumata Toure (171-2004) produced 10 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals and center Nabala Fofana (186-2000) added 11 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the guests. PVBC have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to second place. Loser Nice keeps the seventh position with ten games lost. They share it with Alencon. PVBC will meet at home league's leader Toulouse in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Nice will play against Montbrison (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
