There was a surprise result when tenth rankedSluc Nancy (9-11) defeated on the road higher ranked JL Bourg (13-7) 93-81 on Saturday. It was a great shooting night for Nancy especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.0 percentage. The best player for the winners was Jamaican center Shevon Thompson (213-1993, college: GMU) who had a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds. Antony Labanca (192-1994) chipped in 18 points. American Jordan Usher (201-1998, college: Georgia Tech) produced 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Joel Ayayi (193-2000, college: Gonzaga) added 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Nancy moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Dijon. Loser JL Bourg keeps the fifth position with seven games lost.
