There was an upset when higher rankedJA Vichy (17-17) lost on the road to sixteenth ranked Nantes (14-20) 91-82 on Friday. Nantes made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. American guard Kyle Riddley (192-1996, college: Pfeiffer) notched 33 points (!!!) to lead the effort and Hugo Mienandi (200-2003) supported him with 14 points and 6 rebounds. Four Nantes players scored in double figures. Even 25 points (made all of his seven free throws) by American guard Jordan Shepherd (193-1997, college: California) did not help to save the game for Vichy . Lucas Dufeal (204-2003) added 9 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for lost side. JA Vichy's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Nantes maintains sixteenth position with 14-20 record. Loser JA Vichy keeps the eleventh place with 17 games lost.
