Everything went according to plan whenLyon (3-0) outplayed on the road Metz (0-3) 81-61 on Tuesday. It was an exceptional evening for Nigerian-American guard Michael Nwabuzor (188-1996, college: NMHU) who led the winners and scored 13 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Guard Noah Manet (194-2004) accounted for 11 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Nwabuzor is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Lyon players scored in double figures. Tyron Minfir (197-2002) came up with 19 points and 8 rebounds and Senegalese center Momath Seck (206-1995) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Metz in the defeat. Metz's coach Alexandre Palfroy rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win.
