Regular Season Round 7: Angers - Toulouse 78-60

No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Angers (4-3) defeated at home 11th ranked Toulouse (1-5) 78-60 on Saturday. Angers looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a great evening for swingman Anna Ngo Ndjock (177-1999, college: Carleton) who led her team to a victory scoring 25 points and 5 assists. Swingman Marine Dursus (174-2005) helped adding 13 points and 6 assists. At the losing side American Jessica Lindstrom (185-1996, college: Green Bay) responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 14 rebounds and forward Emily Prugnieres (184-1997) scored 15 points. Four Toulouse players scored in double figures. Angers moved-up to third place, which they share with 4 other teams. Toulouse lost their fifth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the eleventh position with five games lost. Angers will meet Landerneau (#8) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Toulouse will play against Charnay and hope to win that game.
