Very expected game when bottom-rankedPole France (0-13) was defeated on the road by sixth ranked Etoile Angers (8-5) 88-72 on Friday. Angers looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Nathan Soliman (204-2009) produced 15 points and 7 assists (made all of his seven free throws) and Lithuanian guard Kevin Cham (185-1998) added 10 points and 8 assists respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Etoile Angers have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser Pole France still closes the standings with 13 games lost. Angers will meet Vitre (#10) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
