Regular Season Round 19: Nantes - Blois 91-77

The biggest surprise took place in Nantes where hostNantes (10-9) beat league's leader ADA Blois (14-5) 91-77 on Friday evening. Nantes made 31-of-37 free shots (83.8 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 54.5 percentage. 29 personal fouls committed by Blois helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Dutch forward Dylan Van Eyck (203-1998, college: Iona) fired 22 points and 4 assists (made all of his nine free throws !!!) for the winners. Guard Mathys Kangudia (189-2004) chipped in 20 points. point guard Talis Soulhac (189-2006) produced 24 points and 4 assists and Jonas Boulefaa (205-2007, agency: Network Sports International) added 10 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Nantes moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Pau-Lacq-Orthez and Poitiers. Blois at the other side still keeps top position with five games lost. They were joined at the leadership position by Roanne who have the same record.
