There was no surprise when 15th rankedLimoges U21 (4-17) was crushed on the road by tenth ranked Chalon U21 (8-13) 98-51 on Saturday. Chalon U21 forced 25 Limoges U21 turnovers and had a 32-19 advantage in offensive rebounds. Chalon U21 looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Limoges U21 's players. Forward Jules Bonet (202-2007) stepped up and scored 14 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and guard Jelani Kante (193-2007) chipped in 11 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Five Chalon U21 players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Clement Dubos with 11 points and 5 rebounds and Kenny Courset (198-2008) scored 4 points and 8 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Chalon U21 maintains tenth place with 8-13 record.
