Rather predictable result when fourth rankedProvence Basket (21-9) won against 7th ranked Toulouse (18-12) in Fos-sur-Mer 87-82 on Friday. Fos-sur-Mer looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The winners were led by power forward Mounir Bernaoui (205-1997) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and forward Loic Menuge (197-1999) supported him with 15 points and 6 rebounds. Four Provence Basket players scored in double figures. Provence Basket's coach Emmanuel Schmitt used entire bench in such tough game. Even 20 points and 4 assists by Stephan Gauthier (192-1995) did not help to save the game for Toulouse . Eddy Bohui-Djedje (197-1995) added 9 points and 10 rebounds for lost side. Provence Basket have a solid four-game winning streak. Fos-sur-Mer maintains fourth position with 21-9 record. Toulouse lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Fougeres and Lorient.
