ProB top team -Chorale de Roanne (23-6) added another victory to their record. This time they beat eleventh ranked Nantes (15-14) 72-68 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Nantes. Roanne made 26-of-29 charity shots (89.7 percent) during the game. Nantes was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Jamaican-Canadian point guard Javon Masters (183-1994, college: UNB, agency: Blacktop Management) stepped up and scored 26 points for the winners and Bahamas Aaron Levarity (203-1997, college: Milligan, agency: Slash Sports) chipped in 10 points and 10 rebounds. Chorale de Roanne's coach Thomas Andrieux allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Nathan Soliman (204-2009) responded with 15 points and 8 rebounds and naturalized Beninese center Jean-Fabrice Dossou (211-2000) scored 9 points and 10 rebounds. Roanne maintains first place with 23-6 record. Nantes at the other side keeps the eleventh position with 14 games lost. They share it with Champagne and Aix-Maurienne. Roanne will play against Evreux (#17) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Nantes will play against Hyeres-Toulon (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
