Very expected game when 14th rankedGravelines-Dunkerque (7-17) was defeated on the road by ninth ranked Chalon/Saor (12-12) 86-81 on Friday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Chalon/Saone looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Justyn Mutts (201-1999, college: Virginia Tech, agency: Pensack Sports) who scored 18 points and 4 assists. Cameroonian-American point guard Jeremiah Hill (188-1995, college: Valdosta St.) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds. Hill is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Chalon/Saor's coach Elric Delord used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Valentin Chery (200-1997) who recorded a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds and American point guard Jacob Gilyard (175-1998, college: Richmond, agency: One Motive Sports) added 16 points respectively. Chalon/Saor have a solid three-game winning streak. Chalon/Saone maintains ninth position with 12-12 record. Loser Gravelines-Dunkerque dropped to the thirteenth place with 17 games lost. They share the position with Limoges.
