Second Stage Round 6: Angers - Lyon 73-66

There was a small surprise when seventh ranked Etoile Angers (14-18) won against at home 5th ranked Lyon (14-18) 73-66 on Tuesday. Algerian guard Dalil Hadi (185-2003) scored 17 points and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and guard Yanis Harrath (178-1998) chipped in 16 points and 4 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Noah Manet (194-2004) with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Frederic Missamou (202-2005) scored 12 points and 7 rebounds. Angers moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Lyon and Loon-Plage. Angers will meet league's leader Saint Vallier on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Lyon will play against Chartres (#10) and hope to secure a win.
