An interesting game forAndrezieux (17-16) which hosted in Andrezieux 3rd placed Union Rennes (15-17). Second ranked Andrezieux had an easy win 96-80 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Union Rennes. SCABB shot 61.3 percent from the field. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists. It was an exceptional evening for Nelson Cece (200-2002) who led the winners and scored 24 points. American swingman Andre Norris (203-1994, college: Dubuque) accounted for 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Andrezieux's coach Azzedine Labouize used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Hugo Kamdem came up with 23 points and 5 rebounds (made all of his eight free throws) and Gabonese forward Channick Nkoma (203, college: UWF) added 12 points and 11 rebounds respectively for Rennes in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Andrezieux . SCABB maintains second place with 17-16 record having ten points less than leader Saint Vallier. Loser Union Rennes dropped to the fourth position with 17 games lost.
