ProB top team -Chorale de Roanne (25-7) added another victory to their record on Friday. This time they beat twelfth ranked Hyeres-Toulon (16-16) 86-80 . Roanne outrebounded Hyeres-Toulon 40-25 including a 30-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Roanne looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. The winners were led by the former international Adrien Moerman (202-1988) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds and the former international guard Antoine Diot (193-1989) supported him with 15 points and 6 assists. Chorale de Roanne's coach Thomas Andrieux used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 18 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists by Dutch center Jito Kok (206-1994, college: San Diego) did not help to save the game for Hyeres-Toulon . Bosnian-American guard John Roberson (180-1988, college: Texas Tech) added 21 points and 4 assists for the hosts. Four Hyeres-Toulon players scored in double figures. Roanne maintains first position with 25-7 record. Hyeres-Toulon lost third consecutive game. They keep the twelfth place with 16 games lost. They share the position with Aix-Maurienne.
